Timeismoney.com - a dot com start-up company - was an on-line, real-time e-commerce collaboration zone bringing together individuals who wish to share knowledge for profit. The application utilized streaming video and audio, file transfer, application sharing, and text-chat to connect users instantly. This was funded by Venture Capitalists.
As the Technical Director, and member of the Management Team, my role was to simply make it work. This entailed project managing a team of developers (programming in Java, JavaScript, JSP and using SQL Server), designers, and support staff. As key a member of an extremely small senior management team, I was also called upon for my marketing and communications experience to model and build future enhancements.
