InterVisual
Technical Project Manager (1999 to 2000)
InterVisual was a mid-sized Internet development and design company with offices in Calgary and Toronto.
Hired for my combined business experience and technical knowledge, my role was one of leadership, skill and direction. I worked closely with the company's largest clients (Xerox, Bell & Leon's Furniture to name a few) in a technical and advisory role, helping them develop an Internet presence and applications that speak to both their business needs and technology requirements. In addition, I managed, in detail, the website and application internal development process. I directed the development of small and large initiatives alike - from simplistic (but not simple) Intranet portal pages, to a robust web-based sales-force reporting application, for deployment to over 2,200 Xerox Senior Executive desktops in North America. I was also been called upon to aide in the development of the Company's process requirements and documentation standards.
